Plus-Hue

This project was realised for a module called "Human Centred Design Engineering". The project brief was to design an intervention to enhance Personal Safety in Urban Areas.
Through user research, ideation, and insights, the team was able to specify how to tackle spiking in the nightlife of a world-known city, London. The team then implemented their idea, tested it and refined it to produce Plus-Hue.
This device senses movement above the glass and alerts the user by changing colour, and also has a tag to locate their friends within the bar.
